Need an offer to replace a website
• Improved look, feel and usability
• Contact Forms – easy to change the fields and generate email
• Calendar of Events – calendar where we can add details of events that are planned
• Multiple languages – particularly Japanese, Arabic, German, Russian, Hebrew

These are our most important items in the order shown. In a second phase we would like to look at the following:
• Forms – link completed forms to Salesforce
• Login area – for restricted access information and which should also be linked to Attlasian Confluence for customer documentation
• Pop up help – initiates call to Customer Support and/or sales
• FX Rates – Using our Reuters feed (need to check if this is allowed)
• News Feed – Using our MNI feed (need to check if this is allowed)
• Charting – Using our IT Finance relationship (need to check if this is allowed)

I have more information that I can forward to you to give you a better understanding of where we are now and what we are looking for but in the first instance can you confirm that this is something you are able to help us with. If you are proposing use of a web content management system can you let me know what the system is and is there anyway I can have a try of it? Perhaps you can provide me details of other sites you have worked on. Can you also provide an indication of costs and your availability/timescales.
