seeking academic editor

PhD candidate seeking an experienced academic editor, residing in Israel (preferably Gush Dan or Jerusalem), who understands qualitative social science research, to coach me into finalizing drafts of disseration chapters and edit the writing for cogency and consistency as well. Editor must be able to contribute intelligently to content editing, and have professional expertise in preparation of references, bibliography. Preferable work mode would be a combination of face-to-face meetings and email correspondence.
