Flash movie clip project

We would like to create a flash movie that will be shown to our users as soon as they install our product.
This movie should explain to our users how our product works and how can it help them.
The movie should be very brief (around 60-90 sec) .
We are checking to options:
1. Flash without a sound (all explanations will be written on the flash)
2. Flash With sound (announcer will explain to the user what he is seeing in the flash while it plays)
